Autumn Chic with Choies

Image
Fall is a fantastic season. The leaves dropping on the ground forming carpets of beauty are memorable and incredibly beautiful. To celebrate this season, I found some items in Choies that I thought it would suit Autumn very well. I would like to start with the classic black and white dress. However, the details in this dress make all the difference. The black contrast frill trim and the statement flare sleeves are absolutely stunning. It is the trend of Fall. With the weather getting a little colder it is the right time to wear more fabric and eyes are all on sleeves and details. This dress is perfect for the season and so beautiful. Dress HERE Pink Perfection! The glamour that this colour adds to any outfit is clear. This polka dot pink dress is light yet oversized. The flowy outfit will bring comfort and freedom.  Dress HERE Classic with a twist! This slim jacket screams details all over it. No need to accessorize too much here as the whole look is so eye ...

Let's Hike!

Image
Hiking is one of my passions. Exploring new paths and feeling the power of nature all around makes me feel alive. That is why I would like to take you to a few places where I have been. Let's start with the Currumbin Rock Pools. Where the water flows through a green path, running over rocks while birds sing a beautiful and relaxing melody. I feel protect in here by giant forest guardians. While travelling in Far North Queensland I came across this waterfall running fast over a rocky mountain and forming a perfect lagoon. There was no wind. The trees were still and noiseless. Only the sound of the water could be heard there. Back to Currumbin Rock Pools where I walked up a stream of water I was able to watch small fish swimming and curiously coming to check on me. The day was perfect where the sun was less hot and the breeze brought sweet smells of rain forest.  Mangroves on the beach - a perfect shelter for crabs in Far North Queensland. The beautiful colour...

Spring Inspiration

It is spring in Australia. However, I know that many of you are celebrating the arrival of Autumn. So I decided to prepare a post on Transition Season with amazing pieces that can be used in Spring and in Autumn. Independently of the season, you can wear items that will have that Spring feeling.  The dress I am wearing above under this gigantic gorgeous Jacaranda tree is sold out, however I found this  Pink Belted Bell Sleeve Lace Dress   below which is perfect for cooler days and it is pink! While in New York last year I managed to photograph Spring St, I was there in Spring and it was so beautiful to watch trees like this one decorate the streets with pink flowers.  Nothing like an A-Line Dress for the warmer days, this one has a Rainbow Lorikeet; a gorgeous colourful  Australian bird that I love. You can find it  HERE . You see these trees everywhere on the Gold Coast and Brisbane the capital of Queensland during October,...

Fashion in the Forest

Image
Nothing like the smell of forest and the sound of a waterfall. This waterfall is called The Natural Bridge and is located in the Gold Coast hinterland Springbrook National Park.  Springbrook Natural Bridge Waterfall is more than meet the eyes. You should try to visit during the day and at night. In day light you will find a waterfall with sunlight reflecting the water falling in a lake under the rocks. At night you will hear the water falling under the stars but not the stars in the sky. This environment is a perfect shelter for tiny creatures during the day, but at night they shine and this cave transforms into a ceiling of light by the Glowing Worms. A natural show not to be missed.  Afternoon in  #Springbrook   is not only breathtaking but is is also a way to unwind and really let the sounds of the forest and the smell of nature invade your soul. I love to just stare at the natural beauty and forget all the worries       ...
